HEGGIES PIZZA FUNDRAISER!!

You can turn in money collected on Tuesday, 12/27 and Wednesday, 12/28 at the Chisago Lakes Arena Board Room from 6:30-8:30

CLHA is offering the opportunity for individual families to fundraise by selling Heggies pizzas to help offset the cost associated with the hockey season.  This is a NON-MANDATORY fundraiser!  You will receive $5.00 per pizza sold as your fundraising profit. 

 

HOW TO:

  1. Print out the Fundraiser Form and the Pizza Description form located below.
  2. Sell Heggies Pizza at the listed prices on the order forms.
  3. Collect the total amount owed for each order – for accounting ease, checks should be made out to CLHA.
  4. Complete the google doc form (which will be emailed to you at a later date) with the exact number of pizzas sold and the total cost of the pizzas.
  5. Write one check to CLHA for any cash you receive. 
  6. Turn in your checks to a CLHA Board Member on Monday December 27th or Tuesday December 28th in the arena board room (exact time frame to be announced at a later date).
  7. CLHA will give you a check back for your profits when you pick up your pizzas on January 12, 2016 ($5.00 per pizza you sell).

 

DATES TO REMEMBER:

 

1.    Orders can be taken now through December 26, 2016Final order forms must be entered on the google doc form no later than December 26, 2016!  

 

2.    Pizza delivery from Heggies will be on January 12, 2016 at 6:00p.m. at the CLHA Arena.   Orders will be ready for pick-up beginning at 6:45p.m. and ending at 9:30p.m. Through the use of Volunteers, pizzas will be separated per family and distributed to each individually.  Please mark your calendar. All orders MUST be picked up within this time frame! If you can’t pick up please find someone to pick up your order for you.

 

3.    Need to fulfill DIBS credits? Volunteers will be needed to pull  off this HUGE fundraiser! Volunteers will be needed on January 12th from 5:30-9:30PM.  Look for an email to come out regarding this opportunity the closer we get to pick up or you can contact Jen Starkey ASAP at clhaadvisor@gmail.com.

Schwan's Cares Fundraiser Event Starts November 1st 2014

Chisago Lakes Hockey Association will be participating in the Schwan's Cares fundraising event starting on November 1st.
 
There are 2 periods of this fundraiser:
 
Active Period: November 1, 2014 to December 16, 2014
Annuity Period: December 17, 2014 to October 31, 2015
 
During the active period, CLHA will earn 20% on all Schwan's product sales and 40% on eCertificates (electronic gift card-online only; limit 1 per customer, per campaign). Please ensure you are spreading the word on this. I will be distributing flyers to all the managers to hand out to players.
 
During the annuity period, CLHA will earn 5% on Schwan's product sales.
 
To earn during this period, customers need to order online at your Schwan’s Cares campaign page, or by phone via toll free number 1-855-870-7208. When placing the order have customers user code: 16219.
 
Existing Schwan’s customers on a designated delivery route must also order online or over the phone to contribute towards a campaign. Once your order is placed, our expert Schwan’s delivery drivers will deliver the product directly to the door of each supporter on the day and time chosen during check out. If you are not home during the time of
delivery, we will leave your items in a protected freezer bag at no charge to you.
