You can turn in money collected on Tuesday, 12/27 and Wednesday, 12/28 at the Chisago Lakes Arena Board Room from 6:30-8:30
CLHA is offering the opportunity for individual families to fundraise by selling Heggies pizzas to help offset the cost associated with the hockey season. This is a NON-MANDATORY fundraiser! You will receive $5.00 per pizza sold as your fundraising profit.
DATES TO REMEMBER:
1. Orders can be taken now through December 26, 2016. Final order forms must be entered on the google doc form no later than December 26, 2016!
2. Pizza delivery from Heggies will be on January 12, 2016 at 6:00p.m. at the CLHA Arena. Orders will be ready for pick-up beginning at 6:45p.m. and ending at 9:30p.m. Through the use of Volunteers, pizzas will be separated per family and distributed to each individually. Please mark your calendar. All orders MUST be picked up within this time frame! If you can’t pick up please find someone to pick up your order for you.
3. Need to fulfill DIBS credits? Volunteers will be needed to pull off this HUGE fundraiser! Volunteers will be needed on January 12th from 5:30-9:30PM. Look for an email to come out regarding this opportunity the closer we get to pick up or you can contact Jen Starkey ASAP at email@example.com.
